“This is by far my go to tooling/materials store. Forget Screwfix!!! I have been working on house projects for years. Living close to this store has been a godsend. The team here are fantastic;always willing to help and are on the ball. One that stands out is a guy called Dan. He consistently demonstrates excellent customer service. His positive attitude and willingness to help you goes hell of a long way. He knows what you need and where to find it. Other stores could learn from his great work ethic. Overall, well done to the whole team. This is a great place to shop, always open when I need it, always holds the parts I need and a great price. Awesome staff. Well maintained store. “Went in a couple of weeks ago looking for a specific gift for my daughter. They didn't have it in stock and there was none left online either. Probably because it was considerably cheaper than some other retailers who had stock. A branch in Kent was showing some stock so the manager took my details and liaised with the store in Kent to get the product transferred across. Just been in to collect it, will have a very happy you lady on the 25th. Great customer service, many thanks!”

“Tom and the team give fantastic customer service and are very quick to find what you need. This store in particular stocks the majority of the catalogue and always has alternatives available. Has car parking for a few cars but tend to park in the empty unit next door. Always helpful and make buying bits and bobs that much easier. With larger items they help take it to your car aswell.”
