All the staff are so friendly and will do everything to make you feel welcome and will help you with any product they sell. If they haven't got it in stock, they can usually order it for you. I find this high level of customer service is not found in the larger DIY outlets these days.”

Please note that this is a "Trade Only" merchant so if you are a retail customer they may note be able to serve you unless you have been sent in by your plumber/fitter to choose your bath/shower etc. This is down to local planning laws, not them being awkward as they would love to serve retail too.”
