   The guys at the shop are brilliant really helpful but it is unbearable to wait in that shop! The heating is set at 24 degrees, it was boiling hot there and the shop staff can't change it, I felt dizzy in the 15min I was there, it must be horrible to work like that! So dissapointed for the lack of care from the company that doesn't fix that quick enough. Waste of energy, and so on!

   Came this morning with no idea what I needed to fix my bed - I don’t know her name but the lady at the desk was extremely helpful and was able to get me the right screws to fix it - she went above and beyond to find alternative options to mend the bed so I didn’t have to sleep on the floor! Thank you!

   I love this shop and I am in there all the time! There's something about the staff that Screwfix hire that is special. They are so helpful, informative, friendly, easy going. Amber and Alex are brilliant and very patient with me and my queries! I love how many women work for Screwfix too. The service is second to none, the system is easy to use and generally everything is really bloody great! Thanks team. Daniela x

   08/01/2022 at around 12.45 Normally all their staff is really good and helpful but after today's visit I felt disappointed by the service I got at the till by the lady serving on the trade counter. She was rude to say the least. She was loud and Rude to a customer before me for making wrong order. Told me off for being on trade counter when I wasn't a trade customer. Told off staff at the door for letting me use trade counter even though there were no ques on that side.

   The young woman Staff member who served me was officious and unfriendly. She shouted pick up or order, while I was at the other end of the shop, when I eventually understood she was talking to me she was annoyed. A hello or how can I help you would have been nicer. Still, that's screw fix for you. Products and prices good staff not trained well.
