   Wex Photo in Bristol is a great place to go for buying a new camera with knowledgeable staff and a great range of products. We went there to look for a mirrorless camera for our son and Dorothy McCormack was super helpful and patient, giving us great advice and helping us compare the different options so we could choose a model (and lens) that would suit best and in budget. Dorothy was also really great with our 12 year old son. Highly recommended.

   First time popping into the Bristol store. Nick was very helpful and supportive of my needs as a camera user / enthusiast rather than pushing straight to sales tactics. Showed various potential things I could be looking at when I asked about a potential change to my setup and there was a depth of knowledge and experience (as well as enthusiam) for what they do, which was great to see. 5* store 100% would recommend to friends and family.

   Nick was a great salesperson. For a retired person, getting their first mirror less APS-C camera, the options and terminology were explained clearly. There was a demonstration camera in store, which allowed me to 'test - drive' the camera I eventually bought.    I visited Wex Photo in Bristol several times recently to research and try out cameras and lenses. On my first visit Joe spent time discussing my photography and current kit and gave a lot of useful advice and information. I returned the following week with a clear idea of what I wanted. Alice was very helpful while I again spent time testing the camera and answering my questions and finding information. After purchasing the camera (Wex had a very good deal available!) I booked a tutorial ; again Alice was very helpful, patient and friendly. I thoroughly recommend Wex Bristol, a great consumer experience with knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff.

   Great service!! Charlie and Alice were both amazing!! I popped in to Wex to book a sensor clean for my camera and lens. Very efficient service. Both of them are very knowlegable about all the great kit on offer there. Lovely big warehouse space with easy parking right outside which is so handy. Highly recommend this place and I will be back soon.

   I have been to WEX twice in the last few days needing help and advice on rescuing and saving photographs off my damaged camera. I was helped first time by Steve and today (with follow up questions) by Ben. Both Sales Consultants were extremely patient, knowledgeable and helpful. I am very grateful. I'm not very technical and neither made me feel useless. The shop is a large roomy space which is very well laid out. Highly recommended.

   Today I phoned for some advice, as I am a complete novice. Spoke to Joe in Bristol, who was cheery, friendly and really helpful. Popped in to see the team in Bristol where I got masses of advice, no hard sell, lots of explanation and assistance from Joe and Steve. Really refreshing to meet a sales team that enthusiastic and helpful who didn't just try and sell me the most expensive kit, but actually helped out with what I needed. Definitely use them again, well done WEX Bristol.

   I was looking for a tripod and head having traded in my Fuji XT-30. The team at Wex were great getting a tripod and two heads in so that I could make my choice in store. Liam, who served me was great and very helpful indeed. Steve, the store manager also great help in ordering in the gear for me to look at.    Visited Wex Bristol this past week to compare some of my current equipment with newer, more advanced models. Plenty of parking available in an area of the city where parking space is generally very difficult to find. I was assisted by Steve who could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Setting up my old tripod to compare maximum height with a newer model wasn't a problem as the store is roomy. Comparing a new pair of binoculars with my existing ones at the store door was also easy as the store has a good view of at least one km in one direction, as well as shorter range 'targets' to look at. I couldn't have done either of these from an online shop. The service I received made a decision to buy both on the spot a very easy one. I will certainly use Wex again. Until recently I lived in north Bristol for 23 years - how come I never found Wex before?
