   Ordered some items on-line for next day store collection. I called in the next day and the goods hadn't arrived. I called in a couple of days later still and the goods still hadn't arrived. During that visit I was told an order delivery had been damaged and my goods were probably affected by that and that I would receive a message telling me when collection was ready. I waited, nothing... I called the customer services number who contacted the store for me and they have now promised to get the goods in for next day collection. I have lost time completing the job I was doing, wasted 2 trips to the store (with queuing time) and spent the best part of 20 mins on the phone to customer services. Overall its pretty shoddy stuff. And some of their descriptions on the website don't match the goods either. I have had better experiences with Toolstation down the road a bit. I always thought Screwfix was slightly better quality but I don't believe that any more. Zero stars on this one Screwfix.

   I'd spent about two hours trying to find a very small Allen key and was at my wits end. My last stop was ScrewFix, and after speaking with Ellie discovered that they stock the size I need. Very friendly, quick and helpful. Would recommend.
