   I purchased a monitor that was advertised as ex-display. Unfortunately, when it arrived it had a clear fault, with a green line running across the screen. This meant I then had to repackage the item, arrange a return, and wait for a refund, which was inconvenient. It was disappointing that the fault wasn’t identified before the item was dispatched, as it would have saved time for both sides. While the ordering process itself was straightforward, I would have expected ex-display items to be checked before being sent out

   Beware of this Company when buying mobile phones. Phones are stated as being brand new with a full Samsung Warranty. When checked with Samsung the phones are non A standard phones refurbished with no Samsung warranty. They also will not honour any replacement even when the issue is down to manufacturing defects/design.. They keep asking more and more questions and asking for evidance over and over but still wont repair or replace even when the phone is in prestige condition and less then 12 months old. You are better off paying slightly more from a guaranteed genuine company who will deal with their customers correctly and fairly instead of forcing cudtomers to go down the trading standard route. ******BEWARE******* Only gave 1 star because it wont allow me to give less.........

   Amazing value for money, £70 off the retail price and therecwas no obvious signs of damage, abuse or pre-use. Great comms from the company, delivery was arranged quickly and arrived exactly when it was scheduled to. Brilliant, would definitely use them again and I highly recommended them.

   I bought a Samsung QE65S95C and got a free sound bar Samsung C430, overall the ordering was straightforward and arranged for my delivery tobe scheduled for Monday 15th July 2024 i arranged that time with one of the customer service representatives. She was very helpful in the live chat. The tv arrived in perfect condition, I checked the packaging and no dents or damaged to the packaging. only thing that I noticed is that the protective film wasn't on the tv screen but it was perfect apart from a couple of hand prints on either corner but soon cleaned off easily. Very happy with the tv in general. I would definitely buy again and highly recommended 100 percent.

   I bought a very expensive Samsung Oddesy Arc from The Electronics Warehouse LTD 3 months ago. Delivery was slow and the box was mashed so badly that I didn’t accept delivery. You could feel the screen via one of the many holes in the box. After 3 months of chasing up the company I have still not received the goods or a refund. The lad on the desk regality gives the same updates and fobs me off with a load of mediocre excuses as well as making promises about realistic updates that juts aren’t fulfilled. I would avoid using this company. Having now looked at the other reviews; this is not a ‘one off’ and therefore Trading Standards need to be notified.

   WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Refund took 5 weeks. Communication was poor. Dispatch faulty items with packaging broken. Avoid at all costs!

I was kept upto date on the progress of the order and updated on the delivery.freindly customer service who were happy to answer any questions I had even before the purchase informing me of the expected condition and how the warranty and returns process worked.

   Worst company I have ever dealt with. Purchased a TV from them and it arrived broken. Had to purchase a replacement before they would refund the original broken one which took months. Replacement stopped working (screen wouldn't turn on) had to send back to them at my own cost was wrapped in bubble wrap and boxed securely.after hearing nothing for weeks and chasing they sent me a picture of a smashed TV with the screen on claiming it was my TV that was broken in transit even though mine did not turn on. Was offered nothing in way of refund.company is a complete scam read the reviews it seems the broken in transit is there go to get out.avoid these crooks like the plague.

   I paid for a new tv, waited for the last 10 days for delivery and they brought to my door a used, probably ex display TV. This is unacceptable and i have to make it clear to everybody. I have detailed review video of what they have sent, which I will be sharing online very soon. I am asking for full return/refund immediately. So I can order a brand new and not a used one that I could buy over gumtree for £50.
