Went to the store last Tuesday to fix my mum phone was told by a staff member that I would need to book an appointment which was fine and had to wait 1.5hours . Went back at the time and was told to wait on a seat inside the store , my appointment time went and passed while the colleagues at the store were all walking around not bothered by me waiting 15 minutes passed finally someone came to assist but got told that after paying 35 pounds to sort phone out that I would have to wait another 2 hours for it to be fixed ( no mention that it might be longer ) so waited around to go back and went back to the customer assistant to be told it wasn’t done and it was more likely be the next day and they would phone me . It has been 2 days and still no phone call from them . I’m very annoyed and disappointed with the staff and company . 1. For not informing me of the true wait time and another not getting intouch to update me on what is happening with the phone . My mum is elderly and needs to have some phone to use to contact the family and still waiting .

I was talked into taking out insurance and was told if I changed my mind just to ring the store and ask for 'Darren' I have currently been holding on the phone for over 20 minutes and no one has answered yet. The selling of the phone was very good, but this has definitely removed all the positives of that service and I am beginning now to feel very frustrated and conned! All I want to do is cancel the insurance I was talked into taking unnecessarily. This is not great after service....DO NOT be fooled into taking this insurance

Amazing experience. Spoke to several members of staff in the store who were all very polite and helpful. Tyler ran me through the repair process, potential costs and all the details of repairing my Buds. Very nice guy, very clear and built good rapport. I was able to book a repair consultation within 30 minutes during my lunch break and my Buds were fixed within 20 minutes. Couldn't speak highly enough about the service I received. All under warranty with no cost to myself. Thank you Tyler.

Booked an appointment with an engineer on the day. When I came back he gave my charging point a brush and air spray to get it back to charging normally. He said there was some gunk in there which would require a deep clean to remove but that what he had done was plenty fine to use it normally (but that the plug wouldn't go in flush without the deep clean). The deep clean would be £30 or £35 but he was super upfront about it and didn't pressure me at all. I declined it because I knew I could go to one of the other myriad phone clinics and get it done for half the price - which I promptly did. So I've knocked off a star because Samsung's price to deep clean a charging port is taking the mick, but I cannot criticise anything about the store or staff, very friendly and not pushy at all :)

Went in to buy something today and asked for assistance. I was the only one at the store at the time. The guy at the entrance said they were coming and none came. Meanwhile, whoever came in after me (they were white) had immediate assistance. Until I exited the store no one came. Guess I was not considered appropriate enough to be attended to. Never going into this racist store again. I'll get my Samsung products from elsewhere thanks!

This place doesn't fair so well on Google reviews but I want to add my experience of the store. I had to return my Z Flip 3 for repair and found the staff to be very friendly, approachable, professional and knowledgeable. My phone was repaired and ready to be picked up inside 8 calendar days, and it's working perfectly now. Thank you Samsung Experience Bristol.

Went in store yesterday to buy new tab for myself and was looked after by a guy named Corey. He was the most helpful and explained everything step by step about laptops and tabs. Was very polite and patient. Overall I had great experience and hopefully it will continue. I am a bit worried regarding all previous reviews here, but hopefully it won't be my case. I was happy with my experience.

The was the WORST customer service I've EVER received on my life. Was booked in for an appointment, when I came in I was ignored for 10 minutes by all staff before being told to come in the next day at 10.30 (they didn't even open til 11, thankfully I checked before turning up). Got there at 11 the next day and had to wait for 45 minutes. Phone was taken in, I was told to expect to pick it up in the next couple of days. 3 days go by. I wait on hold for 2 hours to try and get an update on the return, never get through. Receive a text telling me to go into store, I go in and am once again ignored by staff. I go and ask if my phone is ready to be picked up - am responded to very rudely and asked for my ID. When I ask why he needs my ID to check on a repair status he says 'if I don't know who you are, how am I supposed to check on the phone?'. Very unnecessary tone, I ask to speak to a manager. He then goes and comes back to tell me my phone isn't ready. I ask why I was sent this text if its not ready yet, he says he doesn't know. I ask when my phone will be ready to pick up and he SHOUTS at me in the the store 'YOU'LL GET IT WHEN YOU GET IT, WHAT DO I CARE?' before saying he's done with with me and walking away. Utterly disgusting behaviour. I ask another member of staff if they can get a manager, am told there is no manager on site. How convenient. From the other reviews I can see that the person in question was Alfie. Arrogant, awful little man. If you value your time and/or mental health avoid this store at ALL costs. It looks pretty but the experience is hell

Absolute Rubbish service Booked an appointment 2 weeks earlier to change the screen protector on my z fold 3 . Drove from Bournemouth to Bristol ( just to be able to collect my phone on the same day ) They told me because of the busy weekend ,they don't have any screen protector in stor and they have to order !!! When you book a phone to change the screen protector, you must make sure you have one . Really disappointed. Even 1 star is too much. Store manager didn't seem to care much , she offered to book another appointment like I have nothing else to do or I leave just few miles away from the store

Beautifully laid out store, where you can gain a hands on experience of your next Samsung phone, pad, computer or other Samsung items. It wasn't busy at approximately 10.30am on a Saturday in August, which made it a good time to browse. The manager came over and offered to help us and I explained that Samsung phones are a special interest of my son, who was with me at the time. I thought she might give him some time and a little chat and maybe a brochure or too but she walked away without another word. Shortly after I had been taking photos for this review, the manager came over and told me we couldn't take photos as it was private property. In short, I found the looks and presentation of the shop excellent and I found the manager alienating. They do offer a 10% discount for students though.
