“I went to this store for the first time recently. The staff are really friendly and helpful. It's so nice to have some banter and it makes me want to go back there in future. It's a bit like Argos where you chose out of the catalogue the product you want, write the number down. Hand over the paper and pay for the item and wait for it to be picked. Suggestion: Check the catalogue to see if it says "next day". This means you can pay for it but they will order it for you to collect the next day. They may not have all the items in stock on that day but this is covered by the catalogue. Love going there, now I know it's there I'll definitely be a returning customer. Quicker than getting to B & Q for me.”

“A truly great place for all vaping needs. Staff & manageress are extremely knowledgeable, an extremely large range of vaping fluids, disposables & mods, all extremely competitive prices. I can't recommend this shop enough & I'm so glad to have found it. They do a membership scheme that gives you money back on your purchases & all you need to do is give your name, there's no giving email addresses etc which is a big bonus. The best thing about this vape shop though is the staff. They are so helpful & go above & beyond to help you get the right product for your needs whether you're new to vaping or a regular vaper. “Awesome place-now my favourite shop to get tools and DIY stuff. Very helpful staff and I haven't (yet) encountered a problem where something has been out of stock. Staff are happy to get parts so you can compare them with old ones and no problems if you buy 30 parts and end up taking 29 of them back. Prices are very competitive. Parking at this branch is a little limited, but from the signage it seems you can also use the row of spaces outside the garage around the back of the shop.”

“I ordered a tile cutting disc on click and collect on the 21st October, when I arived payment had not been excepted, no problem I bought the item and paid over the counter. After returning home payment for £73.18 had been taken twice. I rang the branch and was told I wouuld get a refund but it would take a while. The next week I was contacted to say my item was at Radstock waiting collection. I explained the above and was told Item would go back into stock and I would get my refund. The staff were first class at radstock bra nch. Head Office I would like my refund PLEASE!!”

“Great service, My Makita battery SDS was making some very strange noises. It wasn't very healthy at all. I'd mentioned it to James and told him I'd need to buy a new one but he reckoned he could get it sorted for me. He did exactly that, it's like a brand new drill again. The price was really reasonable too. As was said in a very famous film, I'll be back.”

“We have recently taken over a new unit across the road from the Bridgwater depot , and ran into a few issues . The whole team there went above and way beyond to help us , without them we would have been proper stuck ! Would recommend these guys 100% and have since set up an account and purchased other items .
