   Great experience at Howdens Avonmouth. The team there couldn't have done enough for me. Flooring done in our house 4 years ago and i was unable to find the code for the flooring it was. After sending an email with pictures of the floor in our kitchen i got a prompt response back the following day from Millie. Not only did Millie advise i could come in and make a one off purchase as a customer but she even included the type of floor it was in the email and a link with the floor it was in the email for ease of reference. I popped in today to Howdens and purchased the pack of flooring and it wss a real quick and efficient process - big thanks to Holly (and i think John) who served me today and were fantastic. Big thanks to Holly and Millie for your help with this

   I have never left a review on anything before but after today's experience I felt I had to. After waiting 10 minutes at the desk for someone to serve me I gave up and went and got someone from the office,which was right next to the counter so there no way they couldn't see me. Then after waiting for my stuff not even offered a hand to get it in the van he just sat in the forklift and watched me very very poor customer service.
