IMHO the prices appear to best Screwfix and Toolstation which I also use if not in Mumbles. What a fantastic resource this shop is! Also, the staff are always a pleasure to deal with.”

“Just called into Jewsons Swansea for some timber for a couple of garden projects. We were helped by Craig who was really friendly and cheerful, advised us on what timber to use, helped us work out the measurements and then cut all the pieces to size for us - by hand! He could not have been nicer or more helpful. Thank you Craig! We then needed to get some screws etc. from inside their shop and another member of the team led us to where we could find the items we needed and gave us advice, and again he was really helpful and approachable. The price for the items we bought was also very reasonable, much better than I'm used to paying in the big DIY shops. I highly recommend this store. I've got used to being let down by customer service and product quality so this experience really stood out as a complete exception! Thank you :)”

“For many years I have been ordering my favorite concentrate "HillTown", since I have not come across anything which suits my taste better. Living in Austria and since Brexit and the absurd Tobacco Duty Regulations in the EU , it has become quite difficult at times having to deal with customs, but every now and then my order slips by and is handled like every other postal delivery from GB. ;-) As long as I can order "my" flavor I will. ... The quality of DV products is excellent and customer-service has served me well twice, when my order arrived damaged, due to the negligence of the delivery carrier. Too bad DV has no branche or reseller in Austria. Other than that, DV rules ! Thank you !”
