“Just called into Jewsons Swansea for some timber for a couple of garden projects. We were helped by Craig who was really friendly and cheerful, advised us on what timber to use, helped us work out the measurements and then cut all the pieces to size for us - by hand! He could not have been nicer or more helpful. Thank you Craig! We then needed to get some screws etc. from inside their shop and another member of the team led us to where we could find the items we needed and gave us advice, and again he was really helpful and approachable. The price for the items we bought was also very reasonable, much better than I'm used to paying in the big DIY shops. I highly recommend this store. I've got used to being let down by customer service and product quality so this experience really stood out as a complete exception! Thank you :)”

“I’d got myself into a pickle needing to connect a new sump pump to some old copper pipe work in a flooded cellar with incompatible connections. the two guys at swansea plumbase were extremely helpful & after a lot of brainstorming came up with a combination of fittings in stock which did the job. i never leave reviews but these guys were first class - thank you.”

“If, like me, you assumed this extremely well stocked Aladdin's cave may be pricey. Think again. Now visited many times to buy all sorts of DIY / household/gardening etc goods. IMHO the prices appear to best Screwfix and Toolstation which I also use if not in Mumbles. What a fantastic resource this shop is! Also, the staff are always a pleasure to deal with.”
