Construction tools store in Northampton

“I needed a spare part for my bandsaw and gave these guys a call then went in this morning to pick it up. The place is a little goldmine if you are woodworker. Chatted for a while and got some good advice about bandsaw blades which prompted me to buy one. The guys are knowledgeable and interested in what they do and the trip here from Peterborough was well worth it. They also hold a nice stock of wood turning blanks in many timbers. I shall come again.”

“I recently bought the Bluebird 1200 4” wood chipper. Oliver the sales manager was very knowledgeable and helpful. The machine was easy to set up and use. I bought it to clear a lot of conifers. It didn’t take long to get a feel for the machine and it handled both the woody and green material with no problems at all.”

“B&M home Store is located out the centre of town on the london road. set on the old st johns goods station yard there is good parking. spaces can be on the tight side with a few disabaled parking spaces by the Store. If you use b&m you will know what they sell with the aisles being a bit tight getting around when the staff are restocking the shelfs the carpark is shared by other nearby stores”

I walked into Hayway and the very nice people looked for me and pulled one off the shelf. I asked how much; it was trade quality. It was less than half what I expected. Top marks for customer service, knowledge and stock and pricing.”
