   Apart from the courier providing false information regarding the delivery slot I was happy with the service and product. Danny Mackintosh in Customer Services took the time to phone and email me to apologise and resolve the problem without any hassle, he also offered to replace the tub of adhesive which was appreciated.will recommend Pro Tiler to others and will definitely use again.

   Brilliant customer service provided by Danny Mackintosh in Customer Services who dealt with the replacement order due to the courier damaging some boards in my original order. Not only did he immediately contact me to apologise, he then shipped the replacement products the next day before contacting me at 11:55 today confirming my order had arrived which shows he followed his commitment through to the positive end. Will use Pro Tiler Tools again whilst recommending the company to others. Top drawer service and products!

   First order with Pro Tiler Tools and fantastic service by them. Whoever packed them needs a pay rise! I ordered 4 (very heavy) tubs of ProJoint products, each one had the the lids taped down, then individually bubble wrapped & sealed with tape. Each one then packed in a separate box with additional bubble wrap and all arrived in perfect condition the following day! It's nice to see a company care about the packaging.

   Brilliant company, I called to place an order at about 2pm and paid for next day delivery when speaking to the young man he assured me that I would have my parcel the next day and he wasn’t wrong 10:30am my parcel arrived, absolutely brilliant customer service , very helpful, very friendly staff, nothing seems to much trouble for them!    Pro Tiler Tools are my first stop for anything at all needed for my tiling jobs. They always have huge stock and on the rare occasion they don’t have what you need they can get hold of it nice and quickly. I’ve been using them for years now and everyone on the team from the managers to the warehouse staff have always been friendly, polite and very eager to help. They are also very knowledgeable about their products and offer great advice wether it be on the quantities of material needed to which product would be best suited to your specific jobs needs. No need to look elsewhere, Pro Tiler Tools have it sorted.

   Order not received within the 1-3 day promised delivery window. Contacted sales, informed that the order hadn’t left Pro Tiler premises and would be despatched in a Next Day delivery. No definitive reason given for the delay. Order still not received the following day, contacted Sales again to be told the order had not been despatched, again no reason given. Have cancelled the order and will not use Pro Tiler in future. Deserving of 0 stars, avoid!
