   I purchased a lot from B&Q and didn't pay much attention to who was at the Trade Point checkout. However, the guy I encountered today has a real issue with certain categories of people. I had seen him a couple of times before and thought he was having a bad day, but today it was different. In front of me was a native customer, and he was extremely friendly to them. When it was my turn, he suddenly changed his demeanour. He put on a serious face, scanned my items without saying a word, and then tossed his scanner onto the till, asking where my trade card was. The conversation ended there. I thanked him, but he didn’t reply. Now, I definitely feel that I would avoid purchasing anything if I see him again at the checkout.

   We bought our kitchen from here and now it's time for the utility room. Of course we found the right person named Harvey who created exactly what we wanted with so much professionalism. He gave us advice and ideas offering us everything at a very good price. Created, paid and we can't wait to receive the order and install everything. I highly recommend this shop and go talk to Harvey, who will help you create everything you want.

   This store used to be a lot bigger. It's now cut its premises in half, and another business is in the second half. The store has a trade collection point. It also still has an outdoor area, plenty of wood, diy items, plants, and indoor homeware. There are self-serve tills as well as personal operation tills. It is still a pleasure to visit with moderate selection, but not anywhere as good as it used to be.

   One of the best DIY stores in the county. Very well stocked with prices that you’d expect from a large national store, however it is smaller than it used to be after selling part of the building off to a supermarket chain. Plenty of parking spaces although the car park is now shared with Aldi so the area can get a little congested. I’ve always found the staff to be knowledgeable and friendly, no reason why not to give 5 stars

   Chloe in the paint section was extremely helpful today. Went in a few weeks ago for a tester of a custom colour, girl that served us seemed as though she was new. Went back today to buy a tin of the custom paint, the girl hadn’t saved the custom colour so Chole couldn’t match it, but tried her best on several occasions

   Has a great selection of everything. Prices quite high, you can find everything cheaper elsewhere. Not always has stock in. I've been looking for plaster, so instead of board plaster I had to buy multi purpose plaster. It's fine, but for such a big shop you expect better.
