   Easy disabled parking opposite entrance, all in the main very helpful staff when I couldn’t find items, plus same Chap even served me at the till as till staff all 3 of them were having a chat and ignored me, very decent service from the chap… shame about the others finding chatting more important than serving customers… prices are very good too… found everything g I needed..

   Do not shop here. The car park is a scam. If you visit 2 days in a row they say you were there for the whole time and try to fine you £100. They take a photo of you arriving on visit 1 then a photo of you leaving on visit 2 and say you stayed 24 hours.

   I visited Wickes Milton Keynes at Winter Hill today and received outstanding service and support from design consultant Anthony Storey. He was incredibly patient and helpful, guiding me through the kitchen design using my measurements and offering great recommendations and product advice. I’m really happy with the final design and managed to get an amazing Black Friday deal. I can’t thank Anthony enough and highly recommend this store to everyone.

   I have visited the Wickes store at Winterhill several times, and Rachel has been consistently outstanding on every visit. She’s always friendly, approachable, and genuinely keen to help. Rachel takes the time to listen and quickly identifies exactly what I need, even when I am not quite sure myself! Her knowledge of the products and willingness to go the extra mile make every shopping trip easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find such consistent, excellent customer service these days, and Rachel truly stands out as a credit to the Wickes team. Thank you for all your help, Rachel!

   I had an excellent experience at Wickes thanks to Sean, who went above and beyond to help me. From the moment I asked for assistance, he was unbelievably helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to really understand what I needed, offered clear and practical advice, and made the whole process so much easier than I expected.    Not a place for great deals or great quality. Be choosy on what you select. I also saw their approach to customers when they closed their customer toilets...!! Not good if shopping with children in tow or a medical condition. Staff training could be improved... "over there" is not v helpful!

   Went to Central Milton Keynes branch this morning as its 15% off for the trade, i bought CLS wood normal price and a shower pump on clearance, at the counter i was told i cannot have the pump with discount on top, fair enough i said.....i said do separate transactions.....and it all went wrong, i was repeatedly told i cant! the guy was just not letting me have the cls reduced, he folded his arms at one point and just didnt understand what separate meant, he started to take this really personally then for him to understand i told him i will put the shower back on the shelf.....then he did my cls....unbelievable, he also refused to give his name and seemed ready for a fight or something, colleagues didnt help either but manager said he would have a word.....what a way to ruin someones morning!. no apology from anyone even though the manager understood. this guy was really scruffy, doesnt make eye contact, he had a wool hat about 5ft 8. with a scruffy beard. what a shame! the man with no name

   I would give 0 stars if possible. If you are thinking if getting your new kitchen from Wickes, please stay away from them as far as possible. Don't let them tease you with their great offers. I had my "kitchen" fitted in March 2021. There are lots of faults which were reported straight away and these has not been adjusted jet. On the top of this I am charged for unfinished "kitchen" which was not been fitted corretly. They are bunch of thiefs and liers.

   My 1st best DIY shop friendly staff great building materials supplies and home improvement kitchens and bathrooms are nice i went today and in October and had a nice look around at the kitchens and the building stuff ive been in here lots
