My new carbon fibre splitter is amazing. The car looks finished compared to before and it makes the front look so much better. The service was also amazing. The team were responsive, very helpful and very reassuring. They couldn't do more to ensure the whole process was seamless from start to finish.
I recently had a few excellent quality carbon aero parts supplied and fitted to my c63. Michael was right there leading up to this being very helpful over email and responding very quickly to every query I had. On the day of fitting, Lucas worked on the car with great attention to detail and care taken. The waiting room onsite was extremely comfortable and well equipped for my every need. I ordered a rear lip spoiler for my wife's 2024 BMW 5 Series. I noticed a small paint imperfection on the first spoiler, something many might not have noticed—but the team at Carbon Factory handled it quickly and sent out a replacement. The new spoiler looks fantastic and fits perfectly. Communication was excellent, and it was a great experience dealing with them. I highly recommend them! Why pay £400 for a fitted OEM part when you can get the same thing for just £70?
This is my second time purchasing from Carbon Factory. They are fairly local to me so both times I have purchased parts for pick up at their warehouse. Both times I have experienced great communication via email and the staff have been very friendly in person. I also get a free small gift included with my purchases which is a nice touch. Very competitive pricing and good quality/fitment for the price, too. Will definitely be making my third purchase soon to finish off my car.
Brought some double slatted M4 style carbon fibre kidney grilles for my BMW 440i M Sport from Carbon Factory a few months ago. The parts turned up in relatively swift time, well packaged and protected. Quality of the parts are very good, thick, strong feeling. Fitment was very easy and straight forward and no fitment issued when placed in. Few months down the line and still looking great and going strong. 10/10 reccomend.
Very pleased with the M Performance Style Gloss Black spoiler for my BMW F44, makes such a nice subtle difference to my car. From the get go the guys at Carbon Factory were very helpful via the online chat and delivery was very quick, installation was quick and painless. Ordering my spoiler for my Audi a5 took a matter of seconds , was a very easy website. It arrived very fast with a secure packaging. Opened a black box which came with a lovely surprise , a couple of freebies . The carbon spoiler lip was absolutely Pristine . Looks incredible. Comes with instructions an fits like a glove . Carbon Factory have been brilliant. I ordered a High Gloss Black Rear Spoiler for my BMW 4 series. It arrived within days, the quality is brilliant and it looks absolutely fantastic on the car. I dealt with Michael and from the start to finish, kept me informed all the way and answered all the questions I had. When I got the part fitted, it was perfect, looks great. SOME ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT ... Purchased a number of carbon items for my BMW 440i from Carbon Factory which included a rear spoiler, rear diffuser, M4 style mirror caps and M Performance style front lip (3 piece). Very good communication from the get go and once the order was placed, the parts were shipped immediately. Parts arrived undamaged and even included some freebies, which was a nice surprise. The parts were fitted to the car by myself at home and with the exception of the front lip, all fitted without problems. The front lip was exceptionally difficult to fit, due to the casting not being great on the 2 pieces (left and right) fitted over the front bumper. These induced pressure when trying to fit in the required position which led to the pieces wanting to pull away from the tape used to secure them. After some thought (and creativity) I managed to concoct a method to keep them in place while i attached the lip, which kept everything in place. Unnecessarily complicated and could be avoided with a better casting design. All in all the parts were good for the money I paid and if you're looking for a competitive priced carbon supplier, you can't go far wrong with Carbon Factory.
