Extremely rude customer service. I have visited and spoken to many good part suppliers in the trade before never have I ever had a bad word to say. However this place is a joke. STAY AWAY FROM TPS NORTHAMPTON ! Save your money and visit another tps or another part suppliers than this dump.
TPS Northampton are a very helpful and friendly team Any problems I have like back ordered parts or parts bagged wrong to label are not the Northampton teams fault and can’t be held against them and they always try to resolve issues as quickly as possible
This company love to scam you on returning items that are wrongly sent or not used and in still in original packaging. Just use main dealer and save the headaches.
In my 10years being in the trade I have seen such poor customer service I received today a Tps Northampton. The service is shocking, I wanted to order a part for van . The one guy told me with me shortly after 5mins the other chap was not even bothered to leave his chair behind the wall to attend to me .He kept sat in his chair and was asking what part I need to order hiding behind a wall . Very poor customer service. I will not be going there again.
