   Bought an exhaust for my girlfriends vauxhall adam that the website stated fit the vehicle with their reg compatability checked. When receiving the part it was not the same at all, the flexi pipe was a different size the lambda sensor slot was in a completely different positing where it couldnt even reach the new position and the pipe diameter was different. I brought this up with their customer service team explained the situation provided pictures of the 2 parts side by side. This took around 20 emails back and forward and they accepted to take the part back but refused to pay shipping or refund the delivery fee which is a legal requirment when the part isnt fit for purpose. I would stay away the aftercare is non existant and they always come back with an excuse as to why they cant refund you.

   Made order was sent out Monday on a 1/2 day delivery, Friday night came still no items sent email and phoned they don't seem to care, another week on from that and still no refund. Don't expect to get your item online, and to blame the courier is just poor you picked them because there cheap thats your fault, You have just lost all that new custom that we would have done with you,

   Purchased 2 sets of wheel bearing from this company. Was checking them through number plate Checker. They ment to fit but they were wrong parts. Did go through return process, managed to return both of them pretty fast. 1 and half month later don't have refund sorted. Avoid this company by all costs. PayPal also not doing anything apparently reported day to late. Now i don't have a parts and still have to pay for nothing. Nice 400£ loss.

   I ordered brake discs and pads for my Skoda Kodiaq and paid £476.60. I later found the exact same parts on another well-known supplier for £246.85, so I contacted Online Automotive immediately by email and phone to cancel the order before dispatch. They confirmed they received my cancellation request, but still decided to dispatch the order hours later. I refused delivery at my door and the items were returned to them, just as they instructed. It then took repeated emails and phone calls before they processed my refund. They eventually refunded me only a partial amount and kept £7.95 without informing me beforehand, even though the cancellation was requested before dispatch. Based on my experience, I was overcharged, my cancellation was ignored, my refund was delayed, and part of my money was withheld without explanation.

   I would strongly advise avoiding this company. My order was never delivered, the courier left it in a communal area where it went missing. Despite providing photos, a police crime reference number, and doing all the checks on my side, the company refused to take responsibility and delayed my refund for weeks, insisting on waiting for their courier investigation. I was left with no choice but to initiate a chargeback through my bank. The lack of accountability and poor customer service (no reply to my emails and constant calls to follow up) are unacceptable. A reputable retailer should issue a refund promptly when goods are not received, rather than passing the burden onto the customer.

   Bought my exhaust system here, bit skeptical at first because the parts are relatively cheap but they work and fit nonetheless. Customer service is also great. Parts are obviously aftermarket and it can be a headache to put on with OEM parts already in place but it works so 10/10.

   100% recommend. I used Online Automotive when searching for a replacement DPF. The price was a fifth of the price of a genuine BMW part. I found the company helpful and courteous. They talked me through my options and the part arrived a couple of days later. Fitted with no issues and has now been in a month. Car performance and mileage is no different than before the original failure. Do not be fooled by those maindealer prices. There is just no need for them ('09 BMW 635d)

Parts arrived the following day. hopefully value for money but as of writing , parts haven't been fitted.

Blown away, and I had someone who deals in car parts tell me that the brand they sent is top notch too! Not knowing much about parts, the online chat was great and Lija that I spoke to was so helpful. Will be using this company for any and all of my car needs in the future.

   Avoid at all cost. I wish I read the reviews before purchasing as there is a clear pattern of what I consider fraudulent. I entered my reg details on their website and they tell me the part is a match. I go ahead and pay, then I get a call from them saying unfortunately the part is not a match and the correct part isn’t available. I didn’t want to hear further about where or when the correct part was going to be made available as I’d been thrown off my this scheming act. I ask for a refund and here comes the waiting game. Having read other reviews, this is a normal act. They match the part, which they actually do not have, take your money, then explain later. I would avoid them at all cost! Take your money elsewhere.
