   The staff at this establishment truly went above and beyond! I was particularly impressed when they saw I had a baby with me and still offered to lend a helping hand. One of the staff members even came out of their way to carry and load the heavy parts into my car, making the entire experience seamless and hassle-free. I appreciate the extra effort they put in to ensure good customer experience.

   Bad review as there are always massive queues. If you need to collect order with 1 small bulb need to wait 20-30 min as there is just 1 person serving most of the times

   Arrived at 10am. Been waiting for more than an hour to be served. Only one person at the till yet more can be seen sitting/walking around. A big waiting time to be served. Total disgrace.

   arrived 10am.. staff arriving on the dot or 5 10 mins past. 3rd in the queue. finally had the parts I pre ordered 18mins later.. average of nearly mins per customer .. feel sorry for the 10th in line who's got nearly an hour wait. abysmally slow service.. 10:15 we've only just put change in the till.. advise anyone to use this branch as an absolute last resort.. untrained staff are evident

   The staff are excellent and doing their best to run the store, but they are quite clearly understaffed and logistics needs to work better. If going to click and collect then make sure to arrive at least 1hr before store closure. It took over 30mins to get my order and the store was packed with people queueing, but only two people running the tills. By way of comparison, Screwfix rarely has problems like this! I would be very reluctant to order in future from these guys.

   Rang to purchase some shock absorbers which were needed that day, told they would be there early afternoon. Called back again before I set off to collect them to be told they would not arrive till the following day. Gareth offered no solutions, no apology and displayed zero interest in my order or the fact this was now an issue for me. Really poor service

   I don't normally leave reviews but I feel compelled to do it on this occasion. I have popped in to pick up over £100 worth of car parts order. The guy at the counter found the order on the computer and disappeared at the back, so I stepped on the side and waited. He reappeared and served couple of other customers and helped his colleague with fetching the orders. I waited patiently as I did order quite a few bits. But.... after an HOUR! I approached the guy again to ask about my order. He replied if I spoke to his colleague about it and I said no I have spoken to him. He then said he can't help me and that I need to speak to his colleague. ??!! Who by the way had queue out through the door by this point! I laughed, walked out and took my money to a different part supplier! How UNPROFESSIONAL and completely USELESS! DO NOT USE!!!!
