    I want to say a big thank you to Julian for squeezing me in pretty much immediately to try to diagnose a gearbox issue with my horsebox. Although he couldn’t read the fault code (this is Renault’s fault, not his) he did also check related issues for me and pointed me in the right direction for a potential quick fix to try before any of the very expensive options people were giving me over the phone. He also welcomed me back to keep trying to sort the problem if those things don’t work. Especially days before Christmas, the flexibility and kindness is much appreciated. He did not even charge me for the diagnostics - a really lovely gift as I’m sure to be spending a few hundred pounds on this lorry yet.
