Absolutely 150 % satisfied. I stopped by to repair the front of my car after having hit a muntjac. It is an old car and I didn't want to spend a fortune fixing it. Everyone is very very friendly, and they don't rip you off. I never write any reviews, but I think when people do such a great job with a smile and honesty, they really deserve it. Highly recommended
Honestly the best garage I have ever been to, really knowledgeable and honest but also super kind and helpful. They always go the extra mile to deliver the car back if they can or even came out once to change the battery to get us on the road again. 5 stars well deserved, highly recommend.
After having some paint done at another shop last summer, my pride and joy was returned to me with some nasty scratches on the bonnet. Once again another stunning response from the team at Lone Pine. Relay dropped Mini off over bank holiday weekend with horrible noise from engine and by Wednesday it was diagnosed and fixed - along with brake discs and pads replaced.
