Luke re arranged his schedule and managed to get the problem sorted thus leaving us to have a proper Christmas. Not only that, but the bill was I believe exceptionally reasonable. In this day and age it is nearly impossible to get good old fashioned customer service, but Luke showed that it isnt dead just yet.
