They couldn't see me right away (which was fair enough given I just showed up!) and asked me to come back a bit later. I went back at the requested time and they saw me straight away - from me arriving to them having the car on the lift and inspecting it was less than 5 minutes. Everything was explained clearly as to why and the cost was given. Another phone call later in the day to say that it was all done and ready to collect.
