I had a great experience with Marks Autos. They managed to fit me in with little notice, after an issue developed with my brakes. The service was very good with great communication at every step via text and phone calls. The repair was diagnosed and repaired very quickly at a very reasonable cost. If you’re fed up with getting BS’d, Mark will restore your faith in mechanics! I rolled up out of the blue with a loud clunking on the passenger side and he immediately put it on the lift to take a look. The work he did ended up costing £100 less than original quote because it wasn’t the whole shock absorber. His quote for a new clutch was also far better than 2 other garages I tried. The fact he starts the day at 7am also means he gets any work done in a very timely manner. Solid 5*
Amazing customer service. Mark actually dropped me off and picked me up to do the brakes on my car. As I had no way of getting home with my children and so I didn't have to wait around. My squeaky brakes are fixed and I'm a happy customer. Highly recommend and I will be using for future requirements.

Mark was a great help last week with my car! I panicked as it was making a noise I’d never heard before, he said I could bring it straight down so he could have a listen (typical the noise stopped as soon as I got there). Mark is always a pleasure to deal with. Prices are very fair and broken down in an honest and open way.
