I’ve been using Ultra Mechanix since I got my first car over 7 years ago, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Rino, Shaun and the team are always so friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to fit me in and sort things out quickly. Rino (owner) is the most honest and truthful mechanic in the universe. Garage is specialising in Volkswagen group vehicles, knowledgeable and very friendly staff will help with any problems within reasonable pricing. I cannot recommend this garage enough, and will keep service our both Skoda cars in there. Well done guys and thank you very much.
I took my car in for a minor service, MOT and it’s first cam-belt and the price was incredibly competitive, they really looked after me and their customer service was impeccable. You can really tell they care about their service and how important cars are to people. I will be using this garage from now on, and will certainly be advising everyone I know about them.
Used them a few times and been great, had an emergency today as va wouldn't start and needed it for the weekend and they went above and beyond, found the fault that others couldn't and even stayed late on a Friday to get it finished for me definitely use again and highly recommend
I called after reading the reviews and got my car booked in straight away after my usual mechanic wasn’t responding. I dropped my car off with the faults and said can you do whatever needs doing. Rino the owner assured me he would first check the car and then call me with outcome before starting any work. I knew my car had more than one issue so was prepared for a large bill. Rino kept me informed the entire time about work required and prices and also time frame for the work to be carried out. When I collected my Astra not only was my bill a lot less than expected, they had also hooked my bumper back on which had been lose after a wee prang with a post a few weeks before. Talk about going that extra mile with consternation service! Since I have had my car back ( 3 weeks now) my car had never felt so nice to drive. Better in fact than the day I picked it up after buying it second hand. Even passengers have commented how nice a drive my car is now. Awesome garage, 10/10 Customer service and I really can’t complain on the price for the amount of work they did on my car. 100% recommend this garage and team of mechanics
