   Great service and friendly people. They picked up and dropped off my car at home, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it in just 2 days. Another garage told me it was a £2,000 gearbox problem, but they found it was only a worn engine mount. Honest, quick, and professional — highly recommeded

   My car was taken to Krause autos by servicing stop,was booked for full service, paid for full service too,the ONLY thing that was done to my car was oil change and the lid was left hanging so was scraping the floor,my car was checked by another garage and no filters have been changed at all, tried calling servicing stop,no luck, tried calling Krause autos since it was done in their garage,I had phone put down on me! I just wanted service that I paid for, nothing else!!! I have added picture of 1 of the filetrs that's meant to be new literally 2 days after service

   Amazing service from Chris at Krause autos. Wouldn’t take my car anywhere else after how helpful the team have been. They had one of my cars in a few months ago and were as helpful as possible. Second car has been in the last month and have done a great job with new clutch, wheel bearing and coolant leak. Very good price for everything that needed doing also. Couldn’t thank the team enough!

   I have used this garage twice now. Once over the summer for a service and to repair my car vent system and very recently for my exhaust pipe. I cannot recommend them enough.    Highly professional service from collection to return of car. Polite and informative Customer Service, so that I was kept aware of progress of the repair. Repair costs very reasonable.
