   Hi I used WF Hart at the beginning of the year to fix a noisy brake disk. Great service and good value for money. David on the front desk was helpful and polite. I had taken my car to another garage near by, and they charged me loads of money to diagnose the issue and clean my disks which did not cure the problem. WF Hart swapped my front disks and cured the issue for me at a reasonable price. I then went back a few days ago to have my soft top drain lines unblocked. Again they were quick and efficient. I will continue to use them. I would recommend them

   This was my first time using WF Hart having just moved back to the town after 10 years. David on the front desk is the perfect Maitre D; warm and welcoming and very friendly. The jobs I gave them (on a classic car) were niggly and annoying, but the car came back to me within the timeframe agreed and, in truth, before I expected. They gave me a clear report of everything that had been done for my records, and presented me with a very fair invoice. I'm grateful to have found a garage (and bunch of mechanics) who were both happy to work on an old car and use their initiative. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

   A brilliant bunch of Lads. Dave is very helpful over the phone and maintains excellent customer service. Bill runs the shop well, and thanks to a man named Wayne, he identified a very specific problem on my mini, and got it running nicely again. Fairly priced labour, theres a reason its hard to get your car in here, take it as a good sign for the number of people who trust them.

   I do not like leaving negative reviews, but feel it's important for potential customers to be aware of my experience with this garage. Approximately nine months ago F Harts replaced my car’s front suspension, I was charged over £500. Unfortunately I recently started experiencing issues related to the front wheel tracking and took my car to a different garage for a diagnistic. The mechanic examined my car, I was surprised to discover the front suspension was causing the problem. He explained in detail what was happening and it was clear to me, and the mechanic no part of the front suspension had been changed. This contradicts the service I was charged for and led me to question the integrity of the work performed. I'm deeply disappointed and feel misled by the service provided. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision. Please exercise caution and consider a second opinion when dealing with this garage.

   These guys took on a job that many other garages turned me away without taking any effort to even look at. A stuck/corroded piston in a brembo caliper. Their persistence after closing time on a Friday to help me out, hats off. Old skool fixing rather than replacing. Thanks guys.

   These guys are awesome. I took my car there for a repair and made them aware of what other garages had told me: "it's X and Y and will cost £350", "it's A and B and will cost £650", to make sure they consider all the possibilities and don't miss anything. This garage could have taken advantage of that and repaired/replaced X, Y, A and/or B for a higher cost. But they didn't. They were honest and performed a full thorough diagnosis, spotted the real issue (none of the above) and fixed for around £60 on the same day! (other garages could only do the following week). Great team - special thanks to Dave and George! I'd recommend them.
