    I was recommended this garage by family but had a terrible experience. I dropped my car off at 9:45am after being told to leave it, and when I called at 12:30 for an update, the owner shouted at me, used foul language, and spoke to me like a child. He told me to “come get the car” and then phoned again 15 minutes later in an aggressive tone, saying he was leaving in 10 minutes before hanging up. As a young woman new to the area, I felt disrespected, embarrassed, and completely shocked by his behaviour. I regret ever going to this garage.

    Excellent experience with Eynesbury Motors this week. My car needed urgent attention and I was really struggling to get it seen, but they went over and above to fit me in and quickly resolved the issue.     It's hard finding a garage you can trust, but Suki proved that there are still good, trustworthy people around. Booked an MOT and was greeted by the team who were a real bunch of laughs, but also advised me on potential perishable parts.     I am over the moon with the experience I have had with this garage. I live one hour away and unfortunately many garages in my area tend to rip young females off. My dad lived in this area and recommended this garage purely off of the service he received and I can honestly say even though it is a journey to bring the car up it is worth it. I had an MOT done which failed at a garage near my home due to brakes but upon this garage looking at it they said they are absolutely fine and shouldn’t have failed. Happy to not be ripped off for once and see a genuine care for customers. Thank you!

    Took car for MOT, they did work without asking me, damaged my car and then charged me for parts and labour. When I complained they did give me the money back, but as a single female I feel they definitely tried to take advantage of me. Very disappointing as they have lots of good reviews. Be careful.
