They couldn't see me right away (which was fair enough given I just showed up!) and asked me to come back a bit later. “Really obliging(both customer services and the technician that came out) and excellent job on the car. The car was scheduled in for a Friday but my car was still in a garage after other work being fixed from the day before that had overrun. It kept getting delayed but instead of the AVG technician thinking of an early finish Friday, he suggested I call the garage and see if he can go further out of his way to go to the garage and carry out the work there in between the vehicle being repaired at the garage. That really does deserve a mention so thank you Jordan.”
