The LCA Maintenance Services plumbing engineer was prompt, polite and professional. He fixed the issues and gave very helpful advice. Their price was reasonable, considering how efficient they were. I would highly recommend them!
Chose LCA from Checkatrade to replace an old leaking toilet cistern that was fitted behind panelling. They kept me updated regarding arrival times, sent me an itemised quotation the same day as their initial inspection and returned the next day to carry out the work for a very fair price. Tom and his mate were friendly and carried out a first rate job. I will definitely be using LCA’s services again.
We had Ben for the day rearranging our kitchen appliances. We moved our washing machine into one of our main cupboards and where the washing machine was he put our new full size dishwasher and where our slim dishwasher was, he made that into a cupboard. We couldn't be any happier with his work, was all completed in one day, very tidy work, no corners cut and very polite. Other plumbers told us it couldn't be done but LCA did it with 0 issues. LCA completed a FULL bathroom refit. From the initial design and quotation to the finished installation the entire experience has been exemplary. It’s no wonder they are so busy but definitely worth the wait. The two fitters worked from 8am to 6pm every day for 9 days to get the job done asap. Their work, care for our property, respect for the family whilst working was beyond excellent. In short can’t recommend them enough would happily use them again. Cheers guys.
A great service as always provided by this lovely team of professionals, Jamie, Johnny Ben & Co. were amazing from start to finish from; coming to give the quote to fitting, it was a seamless effort. They were polite, charming; helpful and friendly. A high standard of work, spotless and respectful with a personable touch also from the lovely lady in the office. Great value for money and willing to go above and beyond to do those little extras. The pride and effort they took in the love of their work is clearly shown in the results. I was fully informed everyday of the jobs’ progress, they were patient, (even though I probably drove them mad offering tea and coffee all the time!) arriving on time everyday. They will be the only team I use for any job I require in the future! Highly recommended, believe me, you won’t be disappointed.

We hired LCA to instal a new bathroom into a separate bathroom & toilet, in a 60's style house in Cambridge that we had just bought. The transformation has been nothing short of amazing. The bathroom that needed to be replaced was extremely dated - we had a vision but we were realistic that it would be unlikely that the end result would be able to match our vision. The LCA team have actually surpassed our expectations, the transformation from cramped, extremely dated two room bathroom has been stunning. all totally on budget and in only 2 to 3 weeks. I have to praise John, Brad, Miguel, Benjamin and all of the other tradespeople. Especially Brad who was onsite throughout and who did an outstanding job with the plumbing & fitting. And also Miguel whose craftsmanship of the tiling matched exactly what we wanted. Highly recommended!
May I take this opportunity to thank the staff at LCA for installing several radiators and a new boiler at my home. They were diligent, polite and professional at all times, including the young lady. Speaking as a woman it is nice to see a lady employed in this profession. Well done LCA.
