   I recently visited the showroom in Biggleswade with the intention of exploring options for kitchen doors. Having plans for an extension and devol kitchen, due to renovations taking so long and being a very new parent, I was eager to make some more simple improvements to my kitchen following extensive renovations , I had high hopes for a productive visit wanting to support a less corporate business. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. Despite traveling from Bedford and arranging childcare to facilitate my visit, I encountered a lack of attentiveness and professionalism upon arrival. The individual I interacted with seemed disinterested and unwilling to assist, providing minimal support or guidance. The response I received was dismissive, leaving me feeling undervalued as a potential customer. I even had the measurements for the kitchen ready, but I wasn't deemed worthy of a meaningful conversation as he already made me feel like I was taking up too much time. In any business interaction, courtesy and respect are fundamental. Unfortunately, the treatment I received did not reflect these principles. I hope this feedback serves to highlight areas for improvement and ensures that future customers receive the level of service and consideration they deserve.

   After my first installation with Loline 12 years ago I then had new worktops with new sink and boiling tap. Great service with experienced fitters which is what you would expect from a local company who has a great reputation!!
