   Iv had 3 different kitchens from this company now and every time there is lots of missing items, even tho they have told us that everything has been delivered. When you phone them to discuss this, you are met with rude staff that don’t care. Coming up with many excuses and being aggressive on the phone. Very poor sales, with no customer care. Not had these problems when using other stores but sometimes the clients want to use this store as it’s close to them. Won’t be using or sending anyone there anymore.

   Afull, simply Afull. Would not recommend this branch. We were looking for a design and price for out kitchen. At first they seemed OK and on the ball. They came on the Thursday to our home and we were promised our quotation and design on the Monday. Nothing was sent. We called them every day for a week, and were promised everyday we would receive our quote. 7 days later, the builder who's account it was called and demanded the quote by the end of the day or we would go elsewhere. We got a rushed over priced quote with the work top estimated and the design wasn't what we asked for. When we called to re arrange our design we were again ignored for 5 days. Calling most days to see what was going on. Again my builder called to see what was going on to a defencive manager on every area. All we wanted was out design and full quote and after 2 weeks we gave up. We entered with Wren amd spent 16k, who were amazing and did everything we asked for.

   Tried to purchase some extra parts for a recently ordered kitchen. They were really difficult and offered No assistance at all.....We had to go back to branch where it was ordered and where our account is Bedford Elm Park (who are brilliant, quick and courteous). I thought any branch could be used by an account holder?

   I had my kitchen/diner designed by Callie who was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She put up with me constantly changing my mind and altering bits here and there. Nothing seemed too much trouble for her. She was always very obliging and continuously went out of her way to make sure I was happy. She is a credit to the company and I cannot recommend her highly enough. I have also had communication with the manager Dan when there was minor issues but everything was resolved quickly and efficiently. I have since been back to place yet another order after feeling confident with not only the quality of the products but the after sales service which was second to none.
