If you want an honest true diagnosis I would avoid this place. We've had nothing but trouble with them. Eventually paid them £200 to do absolutely nothing. We moved our car and had it fixed for 30% of the cost they tried to charge. Wrong diagnosis, tried to charge for things that didn't need doing. Know doubt they will argue this but we had a secondopinion which confirmed everything. We will be now going through the appropriate channels to ensure more customers don't fall into their traps. Stay away. If I could give less than 1 I would.

Part 1. Left my car for Service in March and for some diagnostics as I had a warning light on my dashboard and I was worried. After the Diagnostics were completed, I left the car for the day as they spotted one of the Injectors need seal replaced. After the part was replaced, they confirmed that injector 2 seal was replaced and I paid 157£ for the work and part. After driving around 10-11 Miles on my way home. The car slowed down rapidly and lost the Power. I had one of this code readers and was pointing that Injector 2 is faulty. I went back to the garage to explain this and the Mechanic was refusing that he worked on Injector 2 during the day but what they said when I collected the car and what the invoice was printed showed that work was done on injector 2. Never mind, I left my card again with the Garage this time to replace the Injector 2 which cost me around 357£ and I thought to my self I will never visit this garage again ( I was using for more that 2-3 years and never had issues ). Part 2. After driving a while, another dashboard light came on and it was the engine Read light. Checked the code again with the OBDII reader and was indicating the Exhaust Gas Temperature sensor is faulty. I went back to this guys as I thought probably was a bad time with my previous experience. Left the car with them in the morning to do the diagnostics, upon completed they called me to report that the car will need the Exhaust Gas temperature sensor replaced and that will cost 240£. I agreed with the price as long as the issue will be resolved and they said they will call me later to let me know once ready to collect. They called me around 2-3pm same day to say they the wrong part was ordered and the car will not be ready, I said no problem. The "Part" never arrived next day. Took around 6-7 days to get my car back. AFTER DRIVING IT FOR 2-3 MILES, THE CHECK ENGINE CAME UP AGAIN INDICATING THE EXHAUST SENSOR IS FAULTY!!!!! I will never visit this Garage again after wasting over 900£ in the last 3 months and I have more problems than I had before they serviced my card. Sorry for the typo, stressed and angry!!

Excellent customer service! I've taken newer cars and older cars to them and both are treated with the same respect, as am I. They even offered a payment plan as I'd just lost my job. The plan is interest free and over 4 months which helped a lot. However, their prices are always the best, (trust me! I took my car in today, the receptionist was polite and friendly offering me coffee on arrival. The Manager immediately looked at my car and was very helpful explaining in detail what needed to be done. He fixed the immediate fault whilst I waited and said to come back if I should have any further problems. My car is now driving well.
