“Took my Jeep in this morning (just turned up without an appointment, trying my luck on a day off) and the gentleman was friendly and polite. They couldn't see me right away (which was fair enough given I just showed up!) and asked me to come back a bit later. I went back at the requested time and they saw me straight away - from me arriving to them having the car on the lift and inspecting it was less than 5 minutes. They fixed the issue right away with no fuss. Seem like nice guys too! Great service for a first time visitor.”

“Had to get my car battery replaced so called and discussed the details of my car, booked in for first thing on a Saturday, with about 3 days notice, arrived in the day, the chap took my car keys, I paid for the battery and sat in the coffee shop opposite, they then brought the keys over to me in the coffee shop, saying it's ready and no rush plenty of time to finish my drink, begot i collect. A thoroughly friendly and helpful bunch, great experience all round. Thanks all!”

“Fantastic customer service. Yesterday morning (Sunday) I bought a headlight bulb for my car based on a video I watched how to remove and fit the bulb. It turned out to be the wrong bulb and by the time I realised it was to late and they were closed. I panicked as I knew I would be driving in the car Monday morning, so I had no choice but to go elsewhere to get a bulb. I came back to PDM today (Monday) to ask for a refund (which was embarrassing). They were very friendly and professional about it. I will definitely be using their services in the future.”
