   Took my Ford Focus in for a warranty repair, staff at reception very polite and professional. Details of what was required were taken and I've been assured that it'll all be done by this evening. So far so good If they keep to their word I seriously won't be able to fault them.

   Dont buy anything from this place. Absolute waste of time. They took my deposit and assured me the car i wanted will arrive. I had to keep calling them for updates as they were never informing me and kept telling me the car will come.... only for them to tell me the car was somehow lost in the system and sold to someone else. 3 weeks wasted. Terrible service. Please do yourselves a favour and dont buy from these guys

   What can I say other than thank you to all the service team. Big thanks to Sean after dropping my mustang off the Saturday with a fault that I've not been able to fix, they stripped the car found the problem and were in constant contact with the progress. They really all went above and beyond to help sort my car out. And even when I had a part delivered they were more than happy to sort that at same time for me to save the hassle to rebook in. Honestly you guys have put faith in service team back in me and won't go anywhere else to take my mustang now!!!

   Worst customer service I have seen in my life. Spent all day calling and no one answers the phone. I bought the car and I don't get updates to when it is going to be delivered. All I can do is wait. After paying the car in full I think at least I Should get an update. It seems like no one cares since they already got the money. Really terrible.
