“Took my car in for a very tricky issue. Ford were unable to find the issue and wanted north of £100 to diagnose even if they cant the fault. So i got recommended to Justin by a friend who took his BMW M5 there. Not only was Justins trouble shooting top notch. He ran diagnostics, fixed the issue even though the problem originated from a whole other place that he found by the way and then helped out on another issue i was having which turned to be just a loose wire behind the bumper. The car was scheduled in for a Friday but my car was still in a garage after other work being fixed from the day before that had overrun. It kept getting delayed but instead of the AVG technician thinking of an early finish Friday, he suggested I call the garage and see if he can go further out of his way to go to the garage and carry out the work there in between the vehicle being repaired at the garage. That really does deserve a mention so thank you Jordan.”

“Took my Jeep in this morning (just turned up without an appointment, trying my luck on a day off) and the gentleman was friendly and polite. They couldn't see me right away (which was fair enough given I just showed up!) and asked me to come back a bit later. I went back at the requested time and they saw me straight away - from me arriving to them having the car on the lift and inspecting it was less than 5 minutes. They fixed the issue right away with no fuss. Seem like nice guys too! Great service for a first time visitor.”

“Daniel fitted me in at short notice, to fix a dent in a motorcycle tank, that had a crease as well, making it a complex repair. The location of the dent was also on the strongest & least flexible part of the tank as well, but he was up for the challenge. And after an hour and a quarter of working his magic, there is NO MORE DENT! I'm very happy with the quality of D3 Services' work, the staff's attitude and the cost, which was fair. “Had to get my car battery replaced so called and discussed the details of my car, booked in for first thing on a Saturday, with about 3 days notice, arrived in the day, the chap took my car keys, I paid for the battery and sat in the coffee shop opposite, they then brought the keys over to me in the coffee shop, saying it's ready and no rush plenty of time to finish my drink, begot i collect. A thoroughly friendly and helpful bunch, great experience all round. Thanks all!”
