   Terrible service as I took my car to get aligned and they never gave me back my locking wheel. I called back once I needed to change my tyre and surprise they know nothing about it. I work so I couldn’t go in the week and weekend’s we’re closed. This has now costs me a fortune in having to have them broken off and my alloys destroyed. Please make sure you check they have out the nut back where they were supposed to when leaving. So disappointed with the service and help. I feeling to try and take them to court

   Extremely impressed by the staff who fitted Michelin EV sport tyres to a Tesla SUV. They were super helpful and friendly people, and they deserve a bonus for the good work! Keep it up!!

   Very satisfied with the service provided. Friendly and informative staff. They found an additional unplanned repair that was required on the front steering. Supplied and fitted the parts along with the original booking to have both front tyres fitted and the front wheels aligned. I would recommend this depot to other customers. Thank you again for all your help.

   Fantastic customer service from the guys at ATS Euromaster Bedford. I booked through Groupon to get my air conditioning re-gassed and cleaned. The process was incredibly simple. I turned up and handed my car over to the staff. I didn't have to show them any e-vouchers or alike. The team on the day were very friendly and happy to answer any questions I had for them. It's a shame they are quite far from where I live, otherwise this would definitely be my go to Garage for MOT's, servicing etc.

   A wheel on my car had a puncture in it. The air was going down fast, and I had a prior engagement, meaning at 8.30am on a Saturday I was supposed to be on my journey by 9am on the M1. These guys were great. They were busy, but could see I was worried about my car & would I make my journey... they found the puncture, & showed me it, the tyre was not to be saved. Had to have a new tyre ... Luckily for me they had a tyre of my type in. I was back on the road by 9.20am... very impressed by service & kindness of the staff. Thank you so much, you all saved my day...
