“Wouldn’t go anywhere else ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I went to CTS in Derby (WOULD NOT RECOMMEND) where they fitted a sensor for my Audi. Having left that garage my EML came back on. Having visiting them again they tried to tell me it was an electrical fault and to seek an auto electrician. I went to Ash as I knew he did electrical work, to my suprise he informed me there was no electrical fault. It was down to the fact they hadn’t fitted a genuine part. Fast forward a few weeks I got a genuine part put in and the light is no more. This lads knowledge is second to none. He is very reliable, trustworthy and a great price competitor. “I stopped by J&H Autos to find out what was involved in testing my non-functional air conditioning, and when they would be able to take a look at it. Turns out, I had inadvertently picked the best possible day, as they had time to take a look at it this afternoon. We had a discussion about the testing options, and I was really impressed by how Dan had multiple testing routines based on what would be most efficient for the customer's air conditioning. First step, check the system is properly sealed. This was done with great attention to detail, and a clear and friendly explanation of what was happening. Dan has a great way of including the technical information without relying on jargon. Pressure test and examination for leaks completed, it was time to move on to filling the system. This whole process takes quite a while (I believe in total, test and re-gas took a little over an hour. Including what occurred after the initial re-gas, I was there nearly 1¾ hours). Throughout all of this work, we were having a really pleasant conversation - which impressed me no end; not least because I really struggle to talk with new people... Actually, with people in general. It is no exaggeration to say that I completely lost track of time, and if I hadn't checked my watch when leaving, I would have said that I'd been there less than half an hour. Re-gas done, turning on the air conditioning came with the surprising result of a lack of cold air. Dan checked his work, and explained his thought process throughout. The conclusion was that the pump was not running as efficiently as it should. Without hesitation, Dan offered to undo the re-gas so that I wasn't left out of pocket with a non-functioning AC. This man exemplifies taking pride in your work, and not being satisfied with a poor result for the customer. A short discussion about the pump and I decided to keep the system gassed. I decided that it was worth trying to run the AC intensively over the next couple of weeks; just in case the pump was struggling from lack of use over the past year (between the last owner, the auction, and the dealership, the car had been off the road for the best part of a year). Well, good news... By the time I was halfway through Langley Mill, the pump freed up, and I suddenly found myself inside an icebox! I can confidently state that anything I can't tackle on my driveway will be taken to J&H Autos to look at. Five stars and an essay really cannot convey just how good this experience was, and how much confidence I have in the quality of knowledge and service that J&H offers.”

“Scott and his team did a really thorough and fantastic job colour coding the bumpers and side mirrors on my VW T5 campervan. They fixed a hole in the rear bumper and straightened it out, rubbed down the textured bumpers, applied various bonding solutions (to prevent cracking/peeling that you see on inferior jobs), primer and finally a top quality spray. All done in a few days, and very reasonable price. Very friendly and professional company.”
