From the moment the damage was seen on my car, dealing with the insurance company and the repairs to the car itself. Communication has also been superb. The quality of work put out is very impressive, my car is looking brand new again. As well as this Nathan arranged for my wheels and tyres to be refurbed and changed, which was carried out alongside the repairs. I got it running eventually and didn't want to turn the engine off again until it was at a garage. Dale was able to take a look right away. Top class service and communication. “Lee perfectly blends the lines of professional and personal. His quote was quick and efficient; he immediately picked up on issues that weren’t obviously apparent to the untrained eye - ie. mine. If a good job is to be done then this is the attention that you want so that there aren’t any surprises in store down the line. The work was completed far sooner than expected and easily both meets and exceeds my expectations. As for service - I was late to drop off due to the bank holiday. Then late to collect. But a second wash whilst I waited was no issue. Even though there would’ve been no need had I collected my truck on time. So to summarise. Friendly, honest and knowledgeable service. Nicely flexible. “I could not recommend these garage enough, My car ran out of MOT and I was in abit of a panic to get it sorted, they’re fitted me in at short notice, and was quick and efficient, unfortunately it did fail but they managed to get the parts sorted and sorted it out within a couple of days, A day later they even emailed me to say one of the parts didn’t need replacing so wasn’t and even gave me a refund (90% of garages wouldn’t do this) can’t recommend enough and this will be my go to garage from now on”
