   Having used these guys for a couple of years and spent many thousands of pounds maintaining all my vehicles I'm writing this regarding a catalogue of errors and lack of professionalism from the team when they caused damage to my car and replaced unnecessary parts. After a steering rack replacement (as advised by them) I drove my vehicle back home and parked it on the drive. The next day I noticed fluid leaking from the exact area it'd been in for repair. A PW recovery vehicle was arranged and upon loading my car they damaged the underside of my front bumper and cracked the housing around the fog lights. Great start. Another part, apparently unrelated was replaced, again at my cost. The vehicle was with them for over 2 weeks. Upon collection I noticed a really poor repair and colour blending of the bumper they'd damaged. They insisted it was carried out by a smart repair technician and that was the right colour. Anyone with 10% vision could see that it was not matched very well. When challenged they got very defensive and insisted I'd have to make an insurance claim against them as they couldn't do anymore and it was my responsibility to prove they'd failed to carry out workmanship to a high standard. Being utterly dumbfounded by this approach I insisted they paid for a full professional respray by a qualified bodyshop, not some 'out of the back of a van so called smart repair'. After a couple more exchanges and me locating a competent body shop quote, they agreed to pay for the bumper repair. This, as expected was done properly by the body shop and looked immaculate. Why this had to be so painful I'll never understand. With regards to the steering of my vehicle, it never felt right again and I don't believe it was diagnosed correctly. I had no faith in PW after that point and took my vehicles elsewhere.

   Really easy to book in via the online booking system. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and take the time to explain things, and the costs of having work done are reasonable. All in all a great place to take your car/van and one that I'd recommend.

   I highly recommend PW Autos my engine management light came on and I was able to leave the car the same day. Craig explained the work in detail and it was completely in a few days. With the in depth diagnostics equipment they have you can guarantee you will have your car running good as new. This is the second time I have had the engine management light come on and both with really complicated jobs which this garage has resolved for me. This time they replaced the inlet manifold and swill flaps and service car is like brand new. They are reliable trustworthy and good value for money. Thankyou so much for all your help ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   I took my car in for a diagnostic of a noise I was experiencing whilst driving and unfortunately this ended up being a lot of work to fix (and very expensive) but PW Autos explained everything that they had discovered wrong with my car to me in a clear way and kept me informed most days as to progress with the repairs. When there was an unexpected delay with one of the spare parts due to an issue with the supplier they were very apologetic and kept me informed on when I could expect the part to be delivered. The car drives very well now and I feel satisfied they have rectified all of the mechanic issues identified. Thanks!

   As I've got a long trip to do next week, I asked them to do a four wheel alignment and they also gave the car a thorough check. Very pleased with the service I received, and the car drives like a peach now. Tracks straight, and the steering wheel was realigned. I will definitely use them again, lovely family business.

   I've used PW Autos several times now and I'm always impressed by their workmanship and their communication. It's rare to find a garage where everything is explained clearly (without condescension) and where they're prepared to take the time to listen to you, too. As a female, with limited mechanical knowledge, I know that some car service companies have tried to convince me that extra work was needed, or said that they've replaced parts when they haven't. PW Autos are honest and reliable. I whole-heartedly recommend them.

   Managed to identify and repair an issue that was misdiagnosed by another business (other business said 'brain had gone in car and no problem with hand brake and beyond economic repair), clearly this wasn't the case and hand break did need repair, it turned out there was also water in electrics. Car then passed MOT which had failed previously and car clearly running better now. Thank you Diane and Co for clear comms and advise too.

   I would highly recommend this garage. I had a major fault with the engine on my vehicle . Paul resolved the issue after identifying the problem when the engine management light came on and completed the repair the same day.
