   Excellent! I came in needing an emergency fix having had both headlights go out on the motorway. I was in a bit of a panic - I'd been driving for 3 hours, it was getting dark, and I was still over 2 hours from home. Jack very quickly replaced the bulbs for me and was able to set me safely on my way. He was also incredibly kind and reassuring in what was a very stressful situation. Lovely people and really great service - thank you!

   Guys at Halfords were great and tyres were changed quick time. Unfortunately they were unable to do the wheel alignment as ordered because head offices website allowed people to overbook and they required the space/ramp for MOTs that had been booked also. Originally wanted National tyres as they are able to fulfil the order. Halfords - start looking after your staff. They deserve to be treated better than your profit line. 5 Stars for the manager who did my tyres. 0 stars for a greedy company more interested in money than customer satisfaction and staff. Overall 2 stars

   Booked online the night before for a repair check because the car sounds awful under the bonnet and I'm scared to drive it apart from to the garage ( problem only started last night). I couldn't actually find the autocentre so I rang them, only to be told that they probably won't look at my car as they're too busy, even though I was booked in for 8.30. The guy sounded extremely lackluster and not interested in helping me or the fact that I said I don't know if the car is even safe to drive. Also wasn't offered an alternative day or time. Won't ever bother booking with Halfords again.

   Took my wife's car in for a Service and MOT. Staff are always very friendly and prices are very competitive. Centre Manager Graham always takes the time to discuss any works being done on your vehicle and is super helpful with any queries or concerns about your car. Honestly can't fault the team over at Halfords Autocentre Newark. Top notch service!

   I've had my car serviced there twice and had no complaints. I've taken it there for its third service and the actual work was done fine. However the online service history that my car has, has not been updated. The Autocentre has done it the first two times without any difficulty however now after three phone calls and almost a month later there's been no update. The last phone call's response was: "well I've e-mailed the guy who does that and he should have done it so if it's not done at the end of the week just call again mate". I cannot understand why it is such a difficult thing to do suddenly and I think it's reasonable for my car to have a full documented service history.

   Booked a slot on line to have two tyres changed and tracking this morning, at 8.30 it told me to arrive 10 minutes before the appointment from on line it gave the impression it would take 30 mins and then 30 more for tracking, so my plan was to drop it off then walk my dog. The Staff member who I checked in with obviously got out of bed the wrong way had no customer care skills, I was told my appointment was a drop off and they would get to it at some point during the day and that the person who fits tyres doesn't start till 9.00am and that Tracking couldn't be done till after 4.00pm when all the MOT's have been completed. So why is the on line booking system offering something that they can't provide. would give them 0 Stars I don't think i'm being unreasonable, so I asked for my payment to e returned, and went somewhere else who can fit tyres Thanks Selecta Tyres Newark

   I would highly recommend Halfords. Graham who was asigned to my car was very good at keeping me informed about problems that he encounted whilst working on my vehicle. Very good customer service, found the staff friendly and approachable. Thankyou for a great service .
