I had my free service on my car with another car dealership. I was advised that i needed new brake discs & pads & quoted a silly price. I was really happy with the service I received at In'n'Out Newark, Michael and his team were very friendly, helpful and professional in all parts of my visit. From welcoming me to the centre, recommending the best value parts and explaining the benefits of what was chosen I felt well cared for and that they made sure the options they offered were high quality and the best value for money. These guys are now my go-to place for all my vehicle needs, much better than using the main dealers, who just see you as a walking wallet, and try and extract as much as possible from you!
