   Ordered rear brake discs for my car, was told they'd be in-stock the next day, I called to confirm the next day before driving over to collect, on arrival I was told there had been a problem and in fact my parts hadn't arrived let alone were in stock! I was assured that the parts would be reordered and would be in store the next day. Once again I called before driving over to collect and once again I was told the parts were in store, even after I explained this was the second time I'd been told this I was told the parts were in stock. Well guess what? NO PARTS AGAIN! I then had to leave it with them to sort out where on earth my parts were and as I was away for the next few days, I was confident that the parts would be reorded and finally in store on my return. WRONG! I was fobbed off with a story about the main werehouse had not sent my parts and it wasn't possible to reorder them as I'm not a "trade account customer" So a waste of time Waste of travel/fuel And absolutely fed up. My car is only a old BMW not some exotic oddball sports car, so why was it such a problem?

   I got parts to do my rear disks on my peugoet partner van . Ordered online and picked up my disks and pads up the next day. Everything was exactly what I needed, and nothing was wrong with the order. I will definitely be getting all my parts from here.

   Competitively priced battery purchased. Good communication and ordered on line for local branch pick up. Easy parking. Can take old battery back there receive £3 and they will dispose of it. Would use again.
