   Contacted Andy after numerous dealer attempts to cure a leaking panoramic roof in my RS6. I arranged to take car to him and within an hour he'd removed headlining and identified the area at fault. Within 4 hours he'd repaired the issue, water tested and happy he'd cured it. 2 weeks later and car is still dry! What a great guy and a very professional. I would recommend Andy for any sunroof issues. I'm happy to have a dry car again. Thank you

   Traveled up to Ammanford from London this morning to visit The Vehicle And Sunroof Repair Specialist (TVSRS LTD), and it was absolutely worth the trip. Andy was very welcoming from the moment I arrived. I got there just before 9:20 and he started working straight away. He had my sunroof drain pipes sorted in less than an hour! The service was top quality — he explained everything he’d done and made sure to test it all afterwards. You can tell he really knows his stuff. A genuine life saver.    The sunroof of our Merc was stuck open, and our regular garage had made absolutely no headway to fix it in 2 days. With a storm coming and an aversion to having a tarp as a permanent fixture, we found it very difficult to find any mechanic that would tackle a sunroof. Called TVSRS and we were seen within an hour and sorted an hour after that. The service was warm and friendly, the cost was very reasonable, the repair was fast and professional, and the advice was sensible. Very knowledgeable mechanic, highly recommended.

   I had the sunroof on my BMW X1 repaired. It works fine now. Andy did the repair in about half a day and during that time I had a nice wander round the village, visited the local pub and the chippy. Andy gave the vehicle a quick vacuum after so it was nice and clean to drive back home with the sunroof open. Very happy.

   I'm so glad I found Andy. My E91 3 Series Touring had a bad water leak from the panoramic sunroof. The roof mechanism itself had also stopped working. I contacted local BMW specialists who told me they couldn't help, my local BMW dealer quoted a ridiculous price for a full rebuild, and managed to make the water leak worse in the course of their inspection. Enter Andy. He booked me in quickly, and in one day and for a fraction of the insane price BMW quoted me, he sent me away with a working sunroof, a fixed sunroof drain, and wet vacced carpets to soak up the worst of the leak. The water leak turned out to be a complicated and rare problem. Andy talked me through what had happened, how we could address it, and came up with a tailored solution on the spot. He kept me informed throughout the whole process and made sure I understood what was happening. He got my roof mechanism working again with no fuss. All done for a great price. I'd go back in a hearbeat, and I would recommend him without hesitation; he's a true specialist, expert, and really nice guy to boot! Thanks again! 10/10

   Having debated wether it was worth the cost and travelling from West Wales to repair my BMW 520 GT panoramic sunroof, having no one locally with the knowledge, this is one of the best decisions I’ve made in contacting Andy .    Andy did a brilliant job of repairing the sunroof on my W203 Merc . He really is a master technician and as has been stated in other reviews, he was able to diagnose and fix the problem that a marque specialist (Mercedes in this case) failed to do. I have no hesitation in recommending him!

   Andy is a true specialist. Having spent months unsuccessfully trying to find a dealer or body repair specialists to fix or even look at my VW Touareg leaking and jamming sunroof, I came across V&SRS via the internet. I realised as soon as we spoke that Andy knew exactly what he was talking about. The main dealer was useless and caused the issue in the first place. Andy removed, refurbished and refitted the roof and its now working better than it did from the factory. I would now never have any worries about buying another car with a sunroof, as I know there is a guy who can sort out, for a reasonable cost, any issues I may have in the future. Cannot recommend this business highly enough. Paul Foster.
