   Second visit to Tri Dent, and once again, top-notch service! I reached out to Ben via WhatsApp, sent him a quick video of the dent, and he promptly gave me an estimated cost. We arranged a date and time that fit my schedule perfectly. Although it was only a mini dent, Ben made it disappear.    Having suffered dents on both nearside doors (result of someone opening their doors onto mine), I took my car to Ben for a quote. Ben viewed both doors and offered to repair them within a couple of days. After dropping my car off, I was given an estimated repair time. I was contacted prior to this time, to say that my car was ready for collection. The finish was perfect, with no sign whatsoever of any previous damage. The cost was great value for the 'factory finish'. I would not hesitate to use Tri DENT again & cannot recommend them enough. Many thanks.

   I recently travelled down to see Ben at Tri DENT PDR for training and education course in hail damaged vehicle repairs. I am a 4 year paintless dent removal technician myself, and am interested in how hail repairs are carried out, and how to manage a full repair from estimating, dealing with insurance companies and customers, to the repairs themselves. Bens course does all of this. He explains everything extremely well, and it’s easily digestible, broken down into sections so you can take everything in. It’s a completely different world from what I am used to being a retail technician, so having someone like Ben giving his knowledge and expertise in the world of hail is invaluable.
