   We asked this garage to perform a simple task, fit two new tyres to replace the two that were 6 years old and basically worn down to the wear bar. This was following on from a service carried out by this garage who noted that the tyres would require replacement soon. They decided to keep the worn, 6 year old tyres on the car and fit them to the rear, the very same that they recommended replacing. They chose instead to replace the 2 tyres that weren’t even a year old. I raised the problem at the time, assuming a mistake as these things happen, but we were assured that the tyres were perfectly roadworthy, to paraphrase, because of ‘the tread on the inside of the tyre’ and because ‘the rear tyres don’t do much work anyway’. 2 months down the line, we have got a puncture on one of the rear tyres that is irreparable due to the age and lack of tread remaining on the tyres. Something that should’ve costed £20 to repair is now costing £200 to replace both rear tyres. The garage who are carrying out this work couldn’t believe the situation and described the 6 year old tyres as dangerous. If you care about your car, money or personal safety, I would look elsewhere. There are two other garages on the industrial estate that I’ve had much better experiences with.

   Ryan's was recommended to me as an excellent garage. I needed my clutch replacing and Ryan's was the best, quote and customer service. My car also required a new gearbox. This was all done for a good price. There was always good communication, excellent work done, and great after service breakdown. Will recommend to anyone and will use again.
