A very polite and friendly young man collected our car at the time specified by Tammie and left his vehicle in its place. The report about our car was the most comprehensive we have ever seen and the price very competitive. Couldn't ask for a better service, wheels were cleaned prior to fitting, correct tyre pressures put in, tracking is spot on. Will be using again, and walking distance is a bonus”

“Phil is such an honest, trustworthy, experienced mechanic. He managed to get my car back on the road after needing major engine work (timing chain, rockers, camshaft, and a few other things including a huge oil leak from the turbo). I had previously discussed my problems with 3 other mechanics who couldn't seem to find the issue, 1 even telling me my car sounded fine! Phil knew instantly what the issues were and worked tirelessly to get my car back to me. He also cleaned my engine beautifully and my 10 year old car literally feels and drives like it's brand new. “Requested to my insurance company for Larklands to repair my Peugeot 508 GT after a bump damaging bumper and bonnet. Due to damage behind the bumper to the cross member bar, the insurance company wrote the car off as CAT S and advised me NOT to buy the car back to get it repaired myself as it would cost more than the car was worth. Larklands disagreed as they could repair / replace more cost effectively on a private basis, and definitely worth it as the car is low mileage and otherwise in very good condition. So I bought the car back, and for less than the insurance payout, Larklands have repaired / replaced only what was needed on the vehicle. It looks immaculate with a full valet before picking it up and it drives perfectly. Many thanks to Sam, Ethan, and the team for not only caring for the car but getting the right outcome for me at the right price.”
