Had full service and MOT on the 21st Feb [been here previously too and also take our other car here too] Good service and really nice polite reception staff... however in the course of an MOT retest my vehicle was badly scratched on the sill to check a welding repair [uneccessary amount of damage caused] now the 5th of March and still not heard back from customer services re my complaint over this. Not a great way to treat a regular customer.
The staff were excellent. I received a warm welcome and was given a clear explanation of the planned process for the service and MOT of my car. A phone call was made to explain how the car got on and a detailed breakdown of the work required and any additional costs needed was given in advance of proceeding before anything was done. The work was done quickly and a call was made to inform me that my car was ready to pick-up. A full and comprehensive written report of work done and breakdown of all cost incurred was given to me on arrival to collect my car. I would highly recommend this garage for due the staffs attention to detail and the quality of the work done.
Really friendly reception and great service. I'd only booked a wheel alignment after hitting a pothole but they noticed I also had a light out so replaced the bulb free of charge!
RAC uses this garage for tyre replacement. Went in today and super quick and efficient service. Tyre replaced within 20 minutes. Thank you for your service.
