   Terrible experience not even worth 1 star AVOID AVOID AVOID Terry Dove lies through his teeth sent my car back looking awful tried to blame me and when I sent it back then had the cheek to say it looked miles better, finger prints in wheel paint scratched paintwork from who ever polished it who obviously had their eyes shut! Trims not put on properly, no communication, awful curtesy car from them lights galore looked like my Christmas tree Put in a complaint and Terry lied to the complaints team and the photos they took off my car they can’t find them and of course the complaints team listens to them what a surprise Absolute cons do not take your vehicle here

   Had my van taken in by an insurance company at FMG. It was so difficult communicating. Giving me different schedules and opening times which made it confusing to plan to drop off and pick up my van. To top it all, they dropped off my van and wouldn't even start! You would think that if you hand in a sound working van you'll have it back as it was but...nope! I had to get the tow truck out. I wouldn't trust my van with them, never again.

   I was disappointed with the disorganised approach they appeared to have. They had so many cars in their yard and very narrow access down the side of the building. A breakdown truck delivered a wreck and the whole place ground go a halt. Taking us 25 minutes to leave site making us late for appointments. Communication was equally difficult. I was even more surprised when they produced a breakdown of the tasks they had undertaken for the spray job the insurance company were paying for.

   Don't go to the garage base on ilkeston Nottingham very low quality of work unprofessional workers working over there. I gave my car to minor dent and scratch to repair. My car don't have a scratch any where else now there is a plenty of scratches even in a hood very very law quality I took the pictures all-around before I gave the car to them I will take a legal action against them they asked me to bring the car back they will sort it out but I don't trust them Terry dave responsibil for his unprofessional work. please don't go there they will make your new car like a 10 years old. If you see this garage run far a way you can Terry dave one of the low quality worker he having got no clue what he is doing . All the workers are Same. They all are unqualified workers. Body work and paint work are very very poor quality job.very very low maintenance lots of scratches I think they did for purposely. So we well go back to them do those repairs. I don't have choice that's why they got 1 star. I wanna give this garage workers below zero star.

   Take some insurance work on my vehicle very poor quality still waiting 3 weeks waiting for them to rebook the car in to redo the job that they did a very poor quality of repair not happy still waiting

   From OUCH to OH YEAH! Can’t recommend FMG enough! After some side damage, and a call to Direct Line, FMG got in touch, picked the car up and handled everything super smoothly. Really friendly team who kept me informed over email, and it was dropped back today. Amazing work, literally looks like it never happened. Can’t recommend the team here highly enough. If I’m ever stupid enough to drive into something again, these will be the first call for repairs! Thanks again!

   Alfa romeo went in for an damaged front bumper through the insurance, took my car in, also repaired more damage from previous accident for a reasonable price, in under 48 hours car was back with me looking brand new again, with a complimentary clean. Brilliant service, quick return, top quality, highly recommended.
