I took my Honda HR-V here for an MOT and they replaced one of the rear shock absorbers. The price was higher than Euro Car Parts, and they charged £80 for one hour of labour. From the day I collected the car, the rear suspension felt clunky. I had to go to another mechanic, and after spending another £300, I found out they had installed the shock absorber the wrong way round. Very disappointed with the service — definitely not recommending this garage.
I've been going to TRS for 10 years now and keep going back because the honesty and customer service and repairs are so trustworthy. They never rip you off and understand customers different circumstances and requirements. Unfailingly friendly but still efficient and value for money and I never entertain going elsewhere. The recently opened second garage in Sandiacre gives me an even better local option.
Quick and friendly service. Renault no longer make the parts required, TRS sourced identical part and fitted. Adjustments made to side door rather than replacement of rollers which I thought it needed. Price came in slightly cheaper than the quote. All in all very happy and will be returning.

I discovered TRS vehicle centre through an RAC recommendation many years ago and haven't been to any other garage since. I can honestly say it is the only vehicle centre that I have ever felt comfortable in. They are honest , trust worthy and ever so helpful. They are also brilliant at communication and providing updates on the car. An extra bonus is that they have hire cars available when needed which I can also recommend! 100% recommend TRS for all vehicle needs.
Excellent service from TRS - I booked a Service and Mot which was competitively priced and there were no unexpected "extras" that some garages always seem to be able to find and charge you for. Highly recommended.
